1 Smokehouse Bacon & Cheddar Cheeseball Mix

8 oz. Cream Cheese

4 Tbs. Butter

8 Chicken Tenders, boneless & skinless or 3 Chicken Breasts

½ Cup Bread Crumbs

1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

½ Cup Cooked and Crumbled Bacon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Spray 8×8” baking dish with oil.

Combine Smokehouse Bacon & Cheddar Cheeseball Mix (topping to be used later) with cream cheese and butter, mixing until fully incorporated.  Soften mixture in microwave for 30 seconds. Dip chicken pieces into mixture and place in prepared dish.  Top with bread crumbs.  Bake for 30 minutes.  Top with cheddar cheese and bacon bits.  Return to oven for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Tips: Cut chicken breasts in half and serve on toasted sourdough bread to make amazing sandwiches!

Brick Oven Pizza

Ingredients needed:

1 Brick Oven Pizza Cheeseball Mix

8 oz. Cream Cheese

1 Refrigerated Pizza Dough

1 Tomato Sliced

6 oz. Feta Cheese

½ Red Onion Sliced

1 oz. Fresh Basil

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Brush oil on bottom and sides of 15×10 inch sheet pan.  Unroll pizza crust dough in pan, press dough to edges of pan.  Bake 6-8 minutes or until light golden brown.  Meanwhile, combine cheeseball mix (topping packet used later) with cream cheese until well combined.  Layer toppings in order listed over partially baked crust.  Sprinkle with topping packet and return to oven and bake 7-11 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.

Tips:  Use a biscuit cutter to make individual pizzas for appetizers!

Bacon Wrapped Jalapenos

Ingredients needed:

1 BLT Cheeseball Mix

1 lb. Raw Jalapenos

8 oz. Cream Cheese

1 ½ lb. Bacon

Cut jalapenos in half, coring and removing seeds.  Combine cheeseball mix, topping packet, and cream cheese, combine until smooth.  Stuff each jalapeno half with cheese mixture, then cover with the other jalapeno half.  Wrap with bacon and secure with a toothpick.  These are great on a grill and even better over the campfire! Can also be baked in the oven at 375 degrees until cheese is melted and bacon is crisp and brown.

Makes 25-30 peppers, depending on size of pepper.
