This agreement is made between Culver's Garden Center & Greenhouse and the undersigned photographer for the use of Culver's ("Premises") for photography sessions. 1. Assumption of Risk & Liability Release The Photographer acknowledges that the greenhouse may have natural hazards, including but not limited to uneven surfaces, wet or slippery floors, fragile plants, and temperature fluctuations. The Photographer voluntarily assumes all risks and agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Owner, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities arising from the use of the Premises. 2. Compliance with Guidelines The Photographer agrees to adhere to all guidelines set forth by Culver's Garden Center, including but not limited to: Respecting plants, structures, and greenhouse property

• Keeping walkways clear and ensuring the safety of all participants
• Not introducing hazardous materials or engaging in disruptive behavior
• Cleaning up and restoring the space to its original condition after the session
• Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in immediate termination of the session without refund and potential denial of future use.

3. Responsibility for Participants The Photographer assumes full responsibility for any clients, models, assistants, or other individuals they bring onto the premises. Culver's is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses incurred by any third parties associated with the Photographer’s session. 4. Property Damage The Photographer agrees to reimburse Culver's for any damage to the Premises caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to follow guidelines. 5. Acknowledgment & Signature By checking the box below, the Photographer acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement, accept all terms, and agree to assume all liability.
